  • Shipping Policy - for online purchases

1. Atra pays close attention in having to deliver our products to you, and we only collaborate with reliable global delivery partners.

2. Free shipping is not applicable on the sale offer. This is often available on every domestic purchase above Rs.2000 from New Unveiled Collection'. For orders less than that amount, courier service charges based on actual or volumetric weight will be applied.

 

3. For domestic purchases, 'Processing' and 'Delivery' usually takes 5 to 10 days. Overseas purchases may take approximately two weeks, depending on the country and the method of international shipping. In addition, unpredictable weather conditions, travel delays and strikes can all affect delivery times for both domestic and overseas orders.

 

4. Courtesy of our courier partners, packages can be delivered to you at any time of the day on all working days except holidays and Sundays.

 

5. Customers may be required to pay additional import taxes and duties that apply after the product arrives in their country on rare occasions. Usually, there is no additional charge for most orders. Furthermore, it is difficult to estimate when and how much customs duty will be imposed. You will be liable to pay any additional customs duties required.

 

6. Address changes are only acceptable if the order has not yet been shipped. Also, change of address is possible only if the new location is in the same state of the country as the old location.

7. Tracking information will be sent via Email’ or WhatsApp’ (if it is enabled on the specified phone number) as quickly as your package is dispatched.

 

8. Orders are viewed as final after they are placed and paid for; no changes or cancellations are permitted beyond that point. You can get in touch with us if this is the situation.

9. Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. In such case, Cancellation' will be welcome only if your order has not been shipped yet. Only if you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund the full amount.

Domestic Purchases

1. Cash on Delivery on purchases up to Rs.5000, purchases above Rs.5000 will be initiated through Net Banking on prior contact via Phone call or WhatsApp message.

2. Debit cards, Credit cards, UPI apps, Electronic wallets are all accepted.
