Exchange Return & Refund

On current special offer as well as upcoming new collections, we do not presently accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. They apply only in rare cases and will be regarded with care.

Our products are mostly delivered with utmost care to ensure quality and safety. However, should any unfortunate event take place, we will try our best to come up with the solution. Please take note of the following considerations in respect of the same -

 

1. A service request may only be made in the rarest of rare cases if you receive a piece that is defective, damaged, or wrong fit (in the case of clothing). All the three services will be considered after detailed understanding of the request ( Subject to Conditions ).

2. Be-mindful of the flaws & damages. Please go over the points listed at the bottom of the page. 

3. Non-service requests will be accepted under any other special circumstances.

4. Requests that are submitted within 12 hours of delivery will only be taken into consideration. We apologise in advance but requests received after that time will not be accepted.

5. Flawed piece information including picture, piece description and proof of purchase should be emailed to - write.to.atra@gmail.com or sent via whatsapp message to 

+91 9810117499. Any piece sent back to us without prior email or message will not be accepted.

6. Once the request is received and approved, we will respond with an appropriate solution at the earliest. 

7. To be eligible for a service, the piece must be returned with proof of purchase in the original packaging ( tags and labels included ) and in the same condition it was delivered.

8. Returns will not be accepted if the item is not in the same condition as in the picture sent, or any broken parts or missing important pieces.

9. In the unlikely event of a defective or damaged piece being delivered, Atra' will be in charge of the return pickup. Whereas, when a garment is a wrong fit and needs to be replaced, the customer will arrange and pay for the return shipping. Clothing returned after 48 hours of delivery is not eligible for exchange.

10. Once we receive the return and complete the quality check, customer will be notified for delivery of the new piece at the earliest. Delivery will take the same amount of time as before.

11. Any defective or damaged piece returned, can be replaced with a similar piece of the same design / value or any other colour / size of the same design / value. Occasionally, if the piece is no longer in stock, we will be pleased to provide two choices -
A . Piece that are returned may be eligible for a refund.
B . The returned piece may be exchanged with another item of equal or greater value if the customer wishes to do so. The cost difference remains up for discussion in such a situation.

12. In an unpleasant situation of a piece being damaged or defective; Refunds are only available if there are no more pieces of the returned item in stock or 'Sold out',Otherwise not. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, and processing times can range from a week to a month. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

13. We sincerely apologise in due course about any inconvenience; however, the refund does not apply to any other exceptional or irrelevant situations.

14. In case of late or missing refund - double check your bank account first. Then contact your credit/debit card provider, then contact your bank. For both, it often takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us via email or WhatsApp message.

A . It is requested to be mindful of the fact that the displayed collection is a creative amalgamation of handcrafted pieces made by artisans or goods made from handloom fabrics or products made from manually processed fabrics, techniques. Hence, so far as slight variations in size, shape, colour and design, irregularities in the weave, print or embroidery is concerned, should always be considered as a distinguishing nature of the craft.

B . Likewise, due to varied screen resolutions and displays, as well as the fact that the products were photographed with regulated lighting, the colour and look visible in the picture may differ from the real product.

Therefore, pieces having all the characteristics described will not be accepted as defective or damaged as a whole.
