We accept production orders with utmost gratitude and appreciation. Kindly consider the following aspects in reference of the same .....

1. The collection currently on display is an earlier edition. The cost of the product is fairly relevant to the revision. Similarly, the new prices will be effective only for three months; if no production orders are placed during that time, the price may be reconsidered. ​

2. Price will be ex-factory (ex-works term). All without any added cost for documentation, transportation, shipping and freight for both domestic and overseas buyers. Under the terms of international shipping, the buyer will be liable to pay all shipping costs from the buyer's place of business until it reaches the delivery point.

3. Furthermore, with regard to point number 2, we are organized to assist in any manner to ensure that the shipment is suitably delivered, either by coordinating with the buyer's shipping agency or by setting up service from our end.

​

4. Once the customer's purchase order has been received, the order will be put into action. We will start off by sending a Pro-forma Invoice'' to arrange the advance payment.

​

5. Payment will be split into two equal amounts: 50% upfront on the total invoice value and 50% final payment due when the order is ready to ship.​

​

6. To make a payment, a bank transfer is requested; to ascertain bank credit, please refer to Shipping and Payment Policy.

​

7. Please take note that production will not begin until the first payment is received, and shipment will not proceed until the final amount is paid. Delivery timelines are also relevant to this and are the subject of extensive discussion, although much of this depends on the nature of the specific piece ordered.

​

8. Information on order completion will be made available in advance for delivery with enough lead time to process the final/balance payment.

​

9. Even if a sample of an ordered piece is requested, all guidelines from points 1 through 8 will be followed exactly as stated for a production order.

​

10. With regard to any type of customization and sampling of the chosen product, it is primarily a matter of the possibility to do so as well as the development cost including delivery services etc.

11. Be mindful of ----- 

• 5 to10% more-less should be allowed than the original sample in terms of quality, design, colour shade, size, look and weight including quantity (rare case) ordered.

• The colour and appearance seen in the picture may differ from the actual product, as the products were photographed with regulated lighting. Also due to the varied displays and screen resolutions.
